  1. A.J. gazed around. His eyes took in tall oak trees, bushes and verdant fields. He sighed and then rested his gun on the nearest tree. He hadn't saw antything all day. But he knew that he would. He got up.
A.J. walked a little further. He bent over and picked up some tree bark and studied it. He looked to see where it came from, then he saw some scrapings on a tree where a buck had been. He started to get excited. Then out of the corner of his eye he something move, it was a monsterous buck. He amied the gun, took a deep breath and then...KABOOM! He shot and killed a twelve point buck.
A.J. looked up to the sky and called out, "yes i finnaly killed my first deer!" He pulled out his pocket knife and started to gut the deer right then and there, so that it would be easier to drag back to his pick up truck. A.J. put the deer in the back of his truck and then shut the tail gate. He climbed into his truck and smiled. Then he slowly drove into the sunset. ---- A.J. Stainbrook

  2. Aaron gazed around. His eyes took in the mountian standing before him. There were jagged edges of rock, the bottom was shrouded in a white mist. He looked up to the sky and saw dark clouds approaching. A soft wind whipped through his hair.
Aaron walked a little further. He bent and picked up a long walking stick and studied it. It was made of sturdy wood with strange carvings on it. They were similar to Egyptian hieroglyphics. There was a sort of sunburst looking carving, right below that an eagle's head, and below that a mountain.

(This helps creat the atmosphere of mystery and danger in an outdoor setting)

Aaron looked to the gloomy sky and called out,"what do you want from me and why have you brought me here?" He looked around slowly, but nothing moved. Everything was still.

    (He could be attacked.
There could be a clap of thunder.
    A strange wizard could appear.)
